Usage: 

Minor frame adjustment: set temperature to orange

Major frame adjustment and thicker material: set to red

Rotate knob to material on corresponding band.

Frame Heating Tips: 
a . Acetate / Plastic : requires moderate heat for adjustment .
b . Optyl : requires that you hold the adjustment while it cools .
c . Polyamide : Glaze cold . You should never use heat to insert lenses 
d . Nylon and Carbon frames : Require high heat settings as they are highly heat resistant, because it will shrink the eyewire .
e . Polycarbonate : polycarbonate frames for sport or safety can not be safely adjusted with heat .
