■ Contact Lens Measurement Capability
Replace the chin-rest with the supporting column and place the contact lens holder, with the contact lens attached to it, on top of the column. You can then measure the radius of curvature of the concave or convex face — depending on which faces the instrument — in the same manner as when measuring the cornea. This makes the BL-8003 an ideal tool for contact lens fitting and verification.
