Usage:
We suggest you use the sided lenses under the guide of professional people,use it legitimately.
At the same time,after symptom of asthenopia is improved,please train your eyes for 1 week again.
Use sided lenses with different degrees from ±1.00~±2.00,generally,you are requested to train from ±1.00.Use rock card 20/40,at the distance of 40cm. Record changing times from positive degree to minus degree in one minute.Monocular and binocular are both needed to be trained.You must see the words clearly every changing time.The best way is read every word out loudly as fast as the lens flipping.
When training at the normal distance of reading,Normal response time can’t be less than 3 seconds per cycle(Reversal +1.00 once and reversal -1.00 one is one cycle,reversal +1.00
once or reversal -1.00 once is half cycle.).It means 20 cycles per minute.
Difference between two eyes should be less than 2 cycles.

Normal value
11 cycles for monocular per minute,8 cycles for binocular per minute.

Normal steps:
1.Put a vision testing card at the distance of 40cm,it is always 20/30,20/40 or 20/50.
2.Prepare sided lenses in ±1.00.Firstly put +1.00 in front of eyes,you should see the words clearly.
3.Reversal sided lenses quickly,put -1.00 in front of eyes,you also should see the words clearly.
4.Training from Rock Card(1 letter),then 2 letters,3 letter,4 letters and 5 letters.
5.Reversal sided lenses repeatly, you’d better read the letters from No.1~No.40 out loudly as fast as the lens reveral.And keep to see the words clearly.
6.Train for 1 or 2 times every day,10~15 miniutes per time.
7.Train until your normal response time can’t be less than 3 seconds per cycle.It means 20 cycles per minute.Difference between two eyes should be less than 2 cycles.
8.In normal one training course is 15 days.Symptoms can be improved

Tips:
1.After well finished the training of ±1.00,you should continue to train ±1.50.Method is the same as that of ±1.00.
2.After well finished the training of ±1.50,train ±2.00.Train until your normal response time can’t be less than 3 seconds per cycle.It means 20 cycles per minute.Difference between two eyes should be less than 2 cycles.
